Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with InboxVeil Pro. If it is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase (yearly or lifetime) with your order email and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated.

Yearly plans can be cancelled at any time from the Creem customer portal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and renewals after cancellation are not charged. Renewal charges may be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.

Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
